Diet Menu

Who said, that whoever takes care of their figure or prefers a healthier diet, can’t enjoy a delicious menu? Take the risk and prepare easy and simple dishes for your loved ones, that will drive them crazy, without neither them nor you feeling guilty.

Make sure that you don’t schedule your dinner for late at night, as this does play a determining role when it comes to digestion. Having lunch together is probably the best option.

Make sure you discuss with your guests beforehand and ask them for any peculiarities they might have in their diet. Adjust your drinks, ingredients and quantities, so that everyone is satisfied.

Choose original ideas, so that they have the chance to taste something new, as usually diets like this lack variety.

Play some happy music while eating and decorate your table with colorful napkins and tablecloths.

You definitely have to make some desert too. A low calorie and maybe sugar free surprise is always nice for your guests.

At this point in our menu, I will be recommending certain recipes which you can find in my website, for quick, easy and tasty dishes for when you are being more mindful of your diet and health.
