Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken carefully with absorbent paper and place it in a big bowl or basin.

  2. Toss all of your ingredients in the bowl.

Massage your chicken together with the rest of the ingredients, cover it with a cooking membrane and let it sit in the fridge for an hour.

  3. Bake it in the oven on cooking paper, which we have really warmed up beforehand, for 6-8 minutes on each side. Alternatively, in a really warmed up oven, preheat at 200C degrees, bake your chicken on the meddle scale for about 15 minutes on each side.

Notes

  • You can replace spicy spices with any spices of your choice.
  • You could also add 2-3 spoons of olive oil or butter. This recipe precisely though is also recommended for diets hence why I'm not adding that.
  • It is accompanied great with mustard, sour cream, tzatziki or plain yoghurt.
  • You could also make a quick, low-calorie yoghurt sauce to serve it with. In a bowl, mix:
  • 1 spoon of mustard
  • 4 spoons of yoghurt
  • salt, pepper
  • some paprika
  • 1/2 a teaspoon pink pepper
