I’m Christina Korda, mother of two, with a deep understanding of the everyday challenges families face—especially when it comes to maintaining a balanced lifestyle and nutritious diet. My passion for homemade food and thoughtful eating led me to create and manage active communities on Instagram, Facebook, and my website, where I share recipes, creative variations, and tips for conscious cooking.
Through my platform, I offer Themed Menus and practical culinary inspiration tailored for all occasions. The content is continuously updated with recipes, articles, ingredient insights, personal experiences from travel and seminars, and everyday kitchen wisdom—all aimed at helping others make informed, enjoyable food choices.
While I am not a professional chef or dietitian, I am committed to continuous learning. I regularly read books on nutrition and culinary arts, attend seminars, and train with experienced chefs at institutions such as the Culinary Center & Cookery Club. Professionally, I have been working as a Personal Assistant for several years in a private company.
I also lead group and individual cooking sessions with both adults and children. These workshops include recipe creation, games, discussions, and tastings—designed to explore flavors, foster connection, and build confidence in the kitchen. From casual meal prep to interactive event planning, I help others discover the joy and value of homemade food.

- Creative hour for the afternoon class at Filotheis’ Primary School with “cooking explorations.” The kids had the upper hand in our cooking tries, through games and interactions. Together with this amazing dietitian, Katerina Vamvouka, we presented a diet plan on social media, in two phases. At “Platon School”, we prepared some delicious pumpkin soup together with the teachers, parents, and students, for their Christmas bazaar.
