I’m Christina Korda, mother of two, with a deep understanding of the everyday challenges families face—especially when it comes to maintaining a balanced lifestyle and nutritious diet. My passion for homemade food and thoughtful eating led me to create and manage active communities on Instagram, Facebook, and my website, where I share recipes, creative variations, and tips for conscious cooking.
Through my platform, I offer Themed Menus and practical culinary inspiration tailored for all occasions. The content is continuously updated with recipes, articles, ingredient insights, personal experiences from travel and seminars, and everyday kitchen wisdom – all aimed at helping others make informed, enjoyable food choices.
While I am not a professional chef or dietitian, I am committed to continuous learning. I regularly read books on nutrition and culinary arts, attend seminars, and train with experienced chefs at institutions such as the Culinary Center & Cookery Club. Professionally, I have been working as a Personal Assistant for several years in a private company.

- I had the pleasure of collaborating with TERRA CRETA, creating recipes that highlight the quality of Greek extra virgin olive oil and its place in our everyday cooking. Through these recipes, I explored simple and delicious ways to let the olive oil shine, bringing out the flavour and quality of each dish.
- I had the pleasure of collaborating with Eviotopoi, creating themed recipes featuring their high-quality, organic products. Christmas, Easter, and the start of the new school year gave me opportunities to develop ideas that highlight their products and bring them into our everyday meals.

Together with this amazing dietitian, Katerina Vamvouka, we presented a diet plan on social media, in two phases. - Darema family has been supporting Cook Your Choice since the beginning.
