Foods for healthy and bright skin.

A really interesting and important topic, that mainly occupies us women, is the food we need to consume, in order to have bright and firm skin.

The saying “you are what you eat” is definitely not wrong, since how our skin looks doesn’t only depend on the cosmetics and cremes we use, but on we choose to feed and hydrate ourselves too. In just a bit I will be talking to you about certain foods that are necessary in our diets if we actually are interested in taking care of our skin. 

You will notice that when we make sure to eat foods like fruit, vegetables or nuts, on a daily bases, our skin starts to look a lot brighter and clearer. On the contrary fried foods, or ones high in fat, burden our skin and make it look dull.

So in this article, I have written down for you, foods that, I guarantee, will make your skin vibrant again!

  • Salmon the miracle maker.

Rich in omega-3 fats, salmon had anti-aging properties and helps when fighting acne while keeping your skin hydrated.

  • Spinach

Full of vitamin A,E and C and as one of the greatest sources of iron and magnesium, spinach defeats every skin irritation, thanks to the antioxidant properties of the vitamins mentioned.

  • Blueberries

Blueberries as any other kind of blue or purple fruit (raspberries, plums etc.) belong to a group of foods which are allies of bright skin. They have antioxidant properties which help with anti-aging as well.

  • Almonds

Almonds are not only a great source of vitamin E, which protects your skin from the sun but also help by preventing dry skin and dehydration.

  • Ped peppers

Red peppers have plenty of vitamin C, essential for our bodies, while at the same time assist anti-aging and boost blood circulation, making you skin look younger.
