When I visit grocery stores, I’m always delighted by the array of colors I see. This is exactly the point that I will focus on in this article. The role of the picture in feeding our system. I believe good health is achieved when we take care of ourselves from the inside out. So when we enjoy a beautiful picture, it also reflects in our system, with the corresponding hormones. (I speak empirically and not scientifically). Next time you will have a dish in front of you, enjoy its image for a few minutes or even seconds. Take a good look at it before you taste the first bite in your mouth. Then visualize this bite coming down the throat and calmly following its journey in your body. Consider that in this bite there are vitamins, trace elements, fats, and other substances that we need to survive and keep our health well. Do not rush to complete the process. Enjoy this relationship as often as you can and notice the differences in digestion, satiety, and your body shape.
The next time you prepare a meal observe all the ingredients you will use before and after cooking. Notice all the details that characterize them, their shape, and their color. Finally, if you want, send them your gratitude for all the good things they do for you.
