
Red Cabbage Salad

Instructions
Wash the spinach well and strain it.
Cut the cabbage really thin.
Put the vegetables in a salad bowl together with the pineapple and walnuts.
In a bowl mix all the ingredients for the dressing.
Don't add salt as the soy sauce is pretty salty already.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad a couple minutes before serving.
Notes
- You could use a mixer to cut the cabbage if you prefer to: cut it in smaller pieces, as big as pears and put a couple in the mixer for 1-2 seconds. Cut them and continue with the rest.
- If you use canned pineapple in juice or syrup, you could replace honey with one of the two, always adding the same quantity.
- If you shut the membrane well, you could preserve it for up to 8 hours as long as the dressing is not already on.
