Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Warm up a pan and add a table spoon olive oil.

Spread it allover the surface using a cooking brush.

Place the two burgers in the pan and press them on top with a spatula so as to create a little opening on the top and they bake evenly inside as well in a sort amount of time.

Fry them five minutes on each side.

  2. As the burgers cook, wash and cut the tomato and avocado in cubes.

  3. On two plates add the avocado first and then the tomato on top.

Add some olive oil, salt and pepper, coriander or oregano.

  4. Once the burgers are ready place them on the plates on top of the tomato.

Then, add one more table spoon of olive oil and fry the eggs.

  5. Once they are ready, place them on top of the burgers and sprinkle some more salt, pepper and coriander.

Notes

  • You can enrich the burger even more by adding vegetables such as onion, pepper, lettuce or mushrooms.
  • You could also use bacon and burger buns to turn it into a conventional burger.
  • Spread some pesto sauce on your burger or homemade ketchup.
  • Use a beef burger instead of a chicken one if you wish, vegetable, lentil or mushroom burgers would also make a great option.
