
Green Smoothie
Description
The truth is that not everyone will like this smoothie, but the more adventurous will enjoy a different idea that will pleasantly surprise them. You can replace or enrich with your favorite "green" options of fruits or vegetables. After all, inspiration and creativity are the characteristics of this juice that combines vitamins, full of flavor and a feeling of satiety.
Its one of my favorite suggestions for your Diet and Detox menus while you could also make it as a snack for a balanced diet.
Ingredients
Instructions
Peel the kiwi, cucumber, avocado and apple.
In a blender add the milk, washed and peeled fruits and coriander.
Blend for as long as you like depending on the texture of your preference.
Serve right away and also add ice cubes if you want.
Notes
- Choose to drink it straight away as the vitamins dissolve as time passes.
- You could replace fresh coriander with parsley if you wish or add a couple of mint leaves.
- Celery is also a great option when making this smoothie.
- Choose the milk depending on the taste and texture of your preference. You could use sugared or not.
- It's always a great idea to add different types of seeds to these smoothies such as flaxseed, chia, pumpkinseeds, poppy seeds, sunflower seeds etc.
