At the end of this process make sure that the chicken thighs are on top of the potatoes.

Notes
- You could cover the food for half an hour with some cooking paper and turn the temperature on at 220C degrees. After that 30 minutes uncover it and put it back in the oven at 200C degrees this time. You don't want it to bake but bee hard. Always make sure to taste it so you know weather its ready or not.
- If you have time you can cook it on the resistance setting and just let it cook for longer, around 30 minutes more, on the same temperature.
- For a vegetarian version of this recipe, replace the chicken with mushrooms and follow the same steps.
- You could also use non alcoholic beer if you prefer.
- Serve it with some fresh salad (greens or tomato and cucumber), some type of spread like tzatziki or eggplant or cheese salad.
