Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Put the rice to boil in a pot with plenty salted water.

After about 10 minutes, strain it and its ready.

(a classic and safe way for your rice to always taste great)

  2. As the rice is boiling, warm up an anti-stick pan and drizzle some olive oil on it.

Grill the fish fillets, placing the skin on the bottom first.

Grill for 4-5 minutes and turn it on the other side.

After 2 minutes switch the fire of and leave the fish on the stove for another 5 minutes.

Remove from the fire and leave it on the side.

  3. Once the rice is ready and still hot sprinkle some spirulina powder on top and mix it lightly using a fork so that it goes everywhere and all of your rice is now colored.

  4. Serve after garnishing with some fresh dill and some pomegranate.

Notes

  • You could grill the sea brims, whole or after cutting them in fillets, in the oven. Sprinkle some olive oil on them and add salt and pepper. Pre heat the oven at 200C degrees on the grill or air setting and grill them for 7-8 minutes on each side, if they're small. Choose your time depending on their size.
  • You could add scent or color your rice with turmeric to turn yellow, or beetroot powder to turn pink.
  • A perfect meal for a diet menu.
  • I also have another variation up on my website perfect for children. Sea brim snitchels.
