Instructions
Cut all your fruit and vegetables into small pieces.
Throw them in a strong mixer or better in a juicer and add all of your ingredients besides the chia seeds.
Blend them for a while till they turn into a cream or get the juice from the juicer.
Add the chia seeds, stir and your smoothie is ready to serve.
