  1. Cut all your fruit and vegetables into small pieces.

    Throw them in a strong mixer or better in a juicer and add all of your ingredients besides the chia seeds.

  2. Blend them for a while till they turn into a cream or get the juice from the juicer.

    Add the chia seeds, stir and your smoothie is ready to serve.

Notes

  • Red fruits and vegetables help in the proper functioning and purification of the liver. They have antioxidant properties, they stimulate the health of bones and intestines, too.
  • Plums have iron, zinc, calcium, and a lot of fiber, which helps in the better functioning of the intestine.
  • Soak a few plums from the evening or for a few hours, in a bowl of water, which covers them. Later or the next morning, eat the soaked plums, and drink and water them. This bay is an easy idea to relieve constipation naturally.
