Oreo Ice Cream
Description
The kids wanted something sweet IMMEDIATELY. What to do myself, another thing I don't want, I walked into the kitchen and gathered some ingredients that are always in my kitchen. I prepared a very easy cream, filled in their favorite cookies and ready the trunk ice cream. Only a little patience to cool in the freezer and really the trunk with our cookies made them purr the eyes.
It is a very easy idea if you are having unexpected guest over, many or a few or for a Summer night at the porch. It will make you face-to-face, without having to spend hours in the kitchen. Also In order not to go empty-handed, you can offer it if you are a guest and you love them. With the trimmings you will choose you can give the appropriate style to the occasion that will be served.

Instructions
Prep the cream by whipping the heavy cream together with the powdered sugar in medium to high speed.
Once it start getting more firm, add the cream cheese and start whipping everything together in low speed till it all turns into one.

In a blender, or using a big knife, crush your cookies and leave them on the side.

Add the cookies into the cream mixture and stir smoothly using a spatula.
Prep a narrow and long base for cakes by adding some cooking paper cover both the base and sides.
Leave more paper on the side as you will be needing it to cover your desert in the end.
Place three whole ore cookies on the bottom spacing them equally form one another.

Add the cream making sure you spread it evenly in the pan and that the cooking on the bottom don't move.

Now take your sweet cigarillos and try to calculate how many you'll be needing and how much you'll be cutting off depending on your pan.
Take the ones you need and place them one next to the other so that you cut them evenly, as shown in the picture.

Place them on top of what you have already done, in your pan, as demonstrated in the picture.

Using anything you have, maybe a ruler or the top of some taper ware as I did, press your sweet cigarillos lightly and make sure they are as much as possible all in the same depth.

Cover it and leave it in the freezer for about 1 hour.

Once its ready, turn it upside down on a plate, cut in pieces and it's ready to serve.

Notes
- You can leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours instead of the freezer and enjoy it as a cake.
- You could also use white sweet cigarillos instead of the classic ones and also add them in your cream together with some shredded white chocolate, or white chocolate drops for an interesting variation.
- Strawberries or red berries in general would be a great match to this recipe as they are perfect for adding to your cream or even garnishing with them. They will give a much more fresh and summery touch to the end result. This also applies for when using white chocolate.
- Use OREOS instead of sweet cigarillos as a base for your desert. The result is going to be equally amazing.
- If you want to prepare individual bites, you can open the cookies to remove the cream and add it into the mixture cream+cream cheese+biscuits. Create small sandwiches with the cookies stuffed with the cream you prepared. Roll them over truffle to stick to the sides and place them in the freezer for 1-2 hours. Ideal proposal for children or adults who feel like children.
- Alternatively, prepare the previous proposal without the top cap, like sweet appetizers. Place the cream with a cornet and garnish with a broken OREO cookie or broken caprice or with cut strawberries. Leave them for 1-2 hours in the freezer before serving.
