Burger with egg
Ingredients
Instructions
In a really hot non-stick, medium sized pan, fry the burger for 4 minutes on each side. Let each side fry for the proper amount of time without constantly changing sides.
Meanwhile, put the mayonnaise together with the blue cheese in a bowl and mix it, until they turn into one even sauce.
In that same pan with the burger, which we move to the side, add some olive oil to fry the egg and the bacon slice next to it. Then immediately lower the fire to 6.
Once the egg is ready, put it on top of the burger and then place the bacon on top of that.
At this point you could also add your burger bun to the pan, so as it fries a bit on the inside and absorb some of the great taste and smell form the rest of the ingredients.
Take everything out of the pan and assemble your burger with the rest of the ingredients.
Burger bun, ketchup, burger, egg, bacon, blue cheese sauce, tomato or lettuce and some onion, is one of the hundreds of versions you could try.
Serve it with some French fries.
Notes
- As beef burgers are usually a bit chunkier, they're gonna be a bit pink on the inside. If you want them to be better fried, it's good that before you start frying them, press them to flatten them out so that they fry better but still remain juicy. Or else you could fry it for longer or put them in the oven for 8-10 minutes after you armor them with cooking paper.
- You can choose ingredients of your choice and enjoy your own variation of the burger.
