

In a multi-mixer or with your hands, crumble the biscuits completely.
In a bowl put the crumbled biscuits and add the butter softened or melted.
Mix everything till it turns into dough.
Take a pot that unbuttons or a glass, medium-sized Pyrex, and lay the biscuit evenly.
Put it in the fridge for a bit to harden, as you start prepping the cream.
In a mixer blend the cheese by itself so that it foams up and transfers it to a bowl.
Blend the heavy cream the same way till it turns into whipped cream.
Add the whipped cream to the cheese as well as the fruit you have already cut.
Stir the ingredients carefully and add the cream mixture to the biscuit base you created before.
Leave it in the fridge for 2-3 hours or in the freezer for 45 minutes, if you're in a hurry.
When you want to serve it, add a couple of pieces of apricot on top and maybe some crumbled biscuit too.
You could replace:
You could add just a bit of powdered sugar if you want it to be sweeter. About 50-100 grams.
You could also serve it in short glasses or square bowls and offer it separately to each guest. Perfect for when you're both sitting at the table as well as standing at a party.
