Strawberry and Cucumber Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 Cucumber (big or 2 smaller ones)
  • 6-7 Strawberries
  • 1/2 Lemon (only the juice)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cups Almond Milk (no sugar or any other no sugar plant based milk)
Instructions
  1. Wash and strain the strawberries and cucumbers.

  2. Toss all of your ingredients in a blender, mixer, or even a multi.

    Blend them till they turn into an even fluid juice. 

    If you want to add the chia seeds after blending your fruit and vegetables so that their texture remains intact when drinking your smoothie. 

Notes
  • For all of your smoothies, choose to use bioproducts and fruit and vegetable that are of time.  
  • You could replace plant-based with animal milk or even with water (which I wouldn't recommend as the taste is very mediocre) 
  • You can either peel your cucumber or not, depending on your preference.
