


Fill a big about 2/3 of your pot with water.
Once it starts boiling, add the pasta of your choice and boil according to the instructions on the packaging.

Meanwhile, in a mixer add
Olive oil, the shredded carrots, pine cones, garlic, curry, cumin and pepper.
Mix it all together till it turns into paste.
Let the mixture sit in the fridge till you are done with the pasta.
Once you strain them, keep two pots of pasta water.
Add the pasta to the pot and drizzle the pesto sauce on top.
Then add the pasta, fresh pepper, and shredded parmesan cheese.
