

Wash the potatoes and place the in a pot with water covering them.
Boil for 10-15 minutes till they soften.
As the potatoes are boiling wash and chop the onions.
Keep an eye on them and once they are soft enough strain them and cut them in half or in three if they are bigger.
Place the olive oil, cream cheese, milk and mustard in a mixer.
Mix them till they turn into a nice cream.
Drizzle the mixture on top of the potatoes and add all the remaining ingredients.
