This sandwich is my favorite light, summer dinner recipe. I prefer to make it using whole grain bread, fresh bio tomatoes, shredded feta cheese, olive oil and fresh thyme. I think I already have you attention.
Place the bread on the plate your are going to be serving it on and sprinkle the olive oil on top.
Wash and cut the tomato.
Place it on top of the bread.
Continue by adding the feta cheese on top.
Finish your plate by adding the thyme, salt and pepper.
