

In a pan lay a piece of anti stick paper and on top a piece of the pastry dough.
Lay the pastrami slices on top making sure you cover the whole surface.
Place the kaseri cheese and tomato on top.
Start rolling the dough, creating the final result.
At this point put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes.

Start cutting it in washers about 3cm wide and place them on the pan making sure there is enough distance between them as they'll expand while being cooked.
Spread some egg on top and sprinkle the sesame seeds.
Bake at 180C degrees on the air setting for about 20 minutes, till they turn brown.
Serve them warm.
It's a great suggestion for a "tsipouro night" or an appetizer at your New Year's eve table.
