Prep all of the vegetables and apple.
Wash, peel them and cut them according to the instructions given above.
In a deep pot, place all of the ingredients together. Vegetables, fruit and spices.
Boil them in low fire for about 235-40 minutes or as long as it takes for everything to soften.
Once they are ready, remove the laurel leaf and mash everything in a mixer.
Pour your sauce into a mason jar and let it sit in the fridge for some days before starting to use it in your cooking.
