


Shred the different types of cheese and mix them in a bowl.
Fill more that half of a pot with water and once it starts boiling, add salt and cook your pasta for as long as the packaging recommends.
Meanwhile in another medium sized pot, add just as much water as it needs for its bottom to be covered, (για να μην πιασει το γαλα) and then pour the milk and heavy cream in. Boil your ingredients in low heat while stirring them often.

Start adding your flour slowly in small portions while stirring. Do the exact same with the cheese.
Lower the heat from 6 to 4.

Once all your ingredients become one, add pepper and paprika and withdraw the pot form the fire.
Strain the pasta and pour the cheese sauce immediately on top.
