Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons Nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Goji berry
  • 2 tablespoons Oats (flakes)
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini (Cocoa)
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa (Organic)
  • 2 tablespoons Cashews
  • 4 Plums (dried)
  • 2 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup
Instructions
  1. In a small mixer cut the nuts without thrusting them completely.

Put them in a big bowl.

  2. Do the same with the dried fruits and put them in the same bowl.

  3. Add the oats, syrup, coconut oil, chia seeds in the bowl and mix.

Use your hands for the mixture to become one.

  4. Press them together so that they turn into one mass, cover with some cooking membrane touching the mixture and place in the fridge.

Coconut oil helps with the mixture to turn into a type of dough.

  5. Once the mixture is ready start shaping small portions of it into balls.

  6. Preserve them in the fridge or any cool spot if its winter.

Notes

  • You could replace nuts and dried fruits I am suggesting, with other kinds you might already have at home or prefer as long as you keep the same quantities (chestnut instead of cashews, honey instead of agave etc.)
  • You could then cover the bites with anything you want after shaping them, such as cacao, truffle, coconut, shredded biscuits or nuts.
  • Another option would be to spread the dough well on top of some cooking paper in a pan and let it rest in the fridge. Take it out and cut in rectangular shapes forming bars instead of bites. Store them placing cooking paper between them.

Its an easy but impressive recipe for your DIY food gifts.
