Ingredients
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 60 grams Brown sugar
  • 200 grams Flour (That rises by itself)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/3 teaspoons Salt
  • 20 grams Chocolate (powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 Chocolate (Drops in a little bag (optional))
Instructions
  1. Start by preheating the oven at 180C degrees in the air setting.

Add the sugar and butter into a bowl and mix them.

When they are well combined add the egg.

Next, continue with adding cocoa and flour and mix them till they are fully combined.

  2. At last add the chocolate drops and stir really well so they can spread through the whole mixture.

  3. Then place some parchment paper on a pan and using two spoons start forming little chocolate bowls and spacing them on the pan.

That first shape they take doesn't really matter as it will form better when the cookies are in the oven.

  4. Make sure that our cookies have about 3-5cm distance between them and bake them for 10-12 minutes choosing the ovens middle rack.

  5. When they are ready let them cool, as they are really soft and might fall apart if you try moving them.

You can always choose to decorate your packaging with ribbons.

Notes
  • It is truly a very easy and quick idea for when you want to take a treat at a friend's house and believe me, they will definitely love it! It's a great opportunity for a DIY Food Gift.
  • It's especially ideal for when there are children at the house too.
  • Cook the cookies with the children and encourage them to offer them to their friends.
  • You could also always have them in hand for Children's Birthday or when Unexpected Guests come over.
