

Start by prepping a pan, lining it with cooking paper or lathering it with olive oil.
In a bowl, add all of the ingredients and mix it well either with a spoon or using your hands.
Lay a puff pastry on the pan and cut it vertically in 4 stripes following the guiding that the puff pastry might already have if it's store bought.
Moving on, cut it horizontally in 3, so as your left with 12 equal squares of pastry puff.
Preheat the oven in the air setting at 180C degrees.
Add some of the filling on each little square.
You can fold them in may different ways, one of which is to make a bowl out of it and put the closing underneath.
Lather it with the egg and sprinkle some cheese on top.
Bake it for about 25 minutes in the oven, on air setting on the lower rack.
