

Wash and prep the cherry tomatoes and asparagus.
If the cherry tomatoes are small and tender, as the ones pictured, then we only cut the harder part on the bottom. If they are bigger or harder we cut approximately 1/3 of the bottom part.
Let the cheery tomatoes and asparagus to drain.
Place a small pan on the heat to start getting warm and at the same time start peeling the garlic.
Pour the olive oil in the pan and add the garlic.
Move on with adding the asparagus and sauté them carefully.
After 2-3 minutes add the cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper and in two minutes turn off the heat.
Serve your dish as a salad or on a toasted slice of bread.
